Media

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

Exchange and return rights

NOTE!!!! Costume buyer – to avoid unnecessary returns, check once again that you have ordered the right size for yourself. Our sizes are standard EU sizes.

RIGHT OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We are only satisfied when you, as a customer, are satisfied. Boutique Anelma offers a 14-day right of return for normal-priced products.
The right of return is calculated from the date of receipt of the shipment.

The right of return requires that the products are unused and in their original packaging and that any product labels have not been removed.

For sealed products, the right of return only applies to unopened packages.

Restrictions on the right of return according to Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act: Hygiene and intimate products do not have a right of return after the package has been opened, because the product cannot be returned for sale.

There is also no right of return:
If the sales packaging is broken. If the product itself has been damaged by the customer, e.g. when trying on outfits.
If the packaging of the following products has been opened: tights, socks and catsuits. If latex outfits have been tried on.

Condoms and tampons are also not eligible for return.

If you want to try on underwear, do it over other clothing, for example under a t-shirt if you are trying on a nightgown or corset.

Promotional products are not eligible for exchange or return.

If the return does not meet the above requirements, we will charge the customer a 100% reduction in value and shipping costs upon return.

We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery or in a similar manner, and therefore we will not refund the order amount.

We will charge/withhold a €50 shipping fee for packages that are not picked up.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be made within 14 days. The refund will primarily be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

The customer pays the return costs.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Canceling or making changes to an order must be done as soon as possible after ordering.

Failure to pick up the package does not constitute a cancellation.

We will charge / withhold a delivery fee of €50 for unpicked packages.

COMPLAINTS AND PRODUCT DEFECTS
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days and report the defect, product number and your order number. Include information about the defect, a picture of the defect.
A defective product will generally be replaced with a new product. If we cannot offer a similar product with which we can replace the original product, we grant the right to return the product.
Complaints are subject to the Consumer Protection Act.
