They are soft and stretchy for a very comfortable fit. There are 2 stylish handcuffs included and they are made of matte look material too. They are comfortable to wear around the wrists, making them perfect for restraining fun. They can be easily attached to the rings at the back or the sides of the stretchy waistband. The soft handcuffs can be easily put on and adjusted, thanks to the hook and loop fasteners.
