The mini dress from Black Level is made entirely out of shiny black vinyl. It is in a tight-fitting tapered fit and has a flared skirt part. It also has short sleeves and a stand-up collar with a (restraint) ring attached at the front. There is a large cut-out in the cleavage area as well. There are two waist straps with two buckles at either side for adjusting them. There is also a full-length zip at the back.
